Jumping off bridge

            Scared at Jumping off!!

Wow splashes I can hear from the side of the bridge, wondering what it might be “two boys jumping off the bridge” screaming while they fall down, thinking in my head where have they have come from.

While two boys jumping I felt feared of the two boys getting hit by one or two cars. As the cars had been coming I smelt the bad smoke coming from the cars as they passed through, the fresh air from the sky and also the salty water sea. I see an bridge, feeling the the boy could get eaten from big and small fish. I hear seagulls hawking, fantails singing,cars beeping their horns,waves crashing into each other,boats racing and also big splashes from two boys jumping off. As the two boys had been jumping off they must of felt scared like a beetle or tough like a lion.

As  they take the risk, two boys jumped off feeling scared they must of feel happy because they fight their fear and did not feel scared again they must of feel happy.

The largest animals ever to been on the Earth are still living today.

The Blue whale is much bigger than the largest dinosaurs, one blue whale measured nearly 34 meters and weighed more than 220 tones.

Everything about the Blue whale is big even its tongue may weigh up to four tonnes  they also call to each other in big voices which can be heard over 800 kilometers away they are easily the loudest living creatures.

Because they are Mammals, Blue whales breathe air, this means they must come to the surface of the ocean to breathe. The ‘waterspout’ a whale blows out, is really  water at all- it is hot breath and water vapour.

Mothers feed their young on milk by the time they are a year old,  the young calf mayn weight more than 20 tonnes. They can live for up to 45 years.

                Earth Facts

Did you know? the Earth is made out of four layers, crust,mantle,outer core and the inner core.

Crust:

 The crust varies from around 5 km thick . The crust is made out of rocks that consist primarily of silica and alumina called the "sial".

Mantel:

The mantel the second layer of the earth. The mantle is much thicker than the crust it is about 3000 km deeper than the crust. This mantle is made up of slightly different silicate rock and magnesium and iron  

Tectonic plates

The tectonic plates are very fragile, when tectonic plates touch or bump into each other it could cause an earthquake or The plates make up Earth's outer shell, called the lithosphere.

Some of the story:

Willy wonka he was the person incharge of the chocolate factory. One time he was tasting a sample of his chocolate to found out if it was sweet or sour or salty until he looked around him and could see many of the dwarfs whispering to each other must of thinking they we trying to get Wonkas chocolate recipe, Which they were. So Wonk closed down his factory and spoke to his dwarfs “you could go home now” he spoke in a loud voice Feeling sad. One month after charlie the main boy was in school and suddenly all  t.v’s and radios reported “Willy Wonka has put a special golden tickets in 4 wonka bars, if you had got a ticket in your chocolate bar you would be going to wonka chocolate factory. As a few days later  children have gone crazy and have been rushing in to chocolate bar shops and buying the delicious Willy Wonka bars  but no children could find it, until one boy that eats a lot of chocolate bars and found it, a gold yellowish ticket likely for charlie he has found it!!

Did you know? in the past farmers wished if they could see what was inside there ewes stomachs? to see if they are healthy and safe in a machine called  the Ultrasound.  When they hop their head it  is firmly held so they won’t get away, she must have an  empty  stomach so they see clearly and and what is happening. This ultrasound  machine moves a sensor quickly over each ewe’s stomach .They must do this fast because there ewe’s stomach. These sound waves bounce off the lamb inside, and the computer forms the patterns of the returning form waves into  a picture on the screen in a few seconds.Well these farmers had finally got what the wished for  and  was a something to look inside of the animals stomach they must of felt  happy.

heat: Warmness,cold,hotness.

conduction: is  a direct  transmission through a substance when there is a difference of temperature or of electrical potential movement of heat to materials

convection: the movement caused within a fluid transfer of hotter and less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity that results in transfer of heat..

radiation: The emission of energy as electromagnetic waves,  high-energy particles that cause ionization..

Gracious God,

I can feel the gentle breeze of the wind flowing quietly like the koru moving around in a cross

I can see the opening and rolling of the koru in the sunset

I can  feel the smoothness of the koru curling back in its position.

Facts:

• These birds live in wetlands and dry lands around the world.
• This bird grows up to 45 cm which is 18 inches long.
• They are known to dig tunnels as long as 8 meters.
• Their main enemies are Foxes, Raccoon s, cats and snakes.
• This bird eats, fish, frogs, insects and also crayfish.
• There are 90 species of kingfishers alive on earth.

Plight of Sea Turtles

                       Sea Turtles

Sea Turtles are wonderful creatures that live in the sea. They have swum for million of years and has been alive since dinosaurs were alive. Did you know? Turtles have seven species?  Kemps ridley, Flatback, green,olive ridley, Loggerhead, Hawksbill and the leather back.

The Leather back Eggs. are the biggest of all sea turtles. Sea turtles are one of most ancient creatures. Sea turtles eat creatures in the sea which are jellyfish, crabs, shrimps, sponges and mollusks (sea snails). Sea turtles are found all over the world in warm temperature places like Samoa, Fiji and Tonga, They migrate when waters are warm or cold and swim up to 1400 miles close to beaches they could lay their eggs.

Problems:

“Black Market” the illegal market, they kill 1,000 of turtles, sell them to dealers and use their shells to make ornaments and use it for decorations, isn't that bad for turtles?

People don’t know that turtles are nearly extinct. People should think if they keep on killing sea turtles they might have to say goodbye to sea turtles and might never ever see sea turtles again.

People are damaging turtle’s habitats and most times that is how turtles die.

Lastly, I recommend that people should leave turtles alone  peacefully in the ocean. We should keep our sea clean for all sea animals especially for the turtles.
